Pos Review for Best Western Springfield:

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the outlets and Springfield Mall. It's also situated near the heart of Springfield, offering plenty of lunch options. the Niagara Golf Trail is just a short 10-15 minute walk away, making it an ideal spot for both shopping and recreation.

The place was quiet and wonderful. The unit we got was spotlessly clean and updated with queen beds, microwave, as for instance. We truly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

The room was a little dated.

Free and good breakfast, best ever had, with bacon and sausage. Luxury, updated room with double beds, everything was GREAT. The staff was very good, helped a lot. The location was marvellous, very close to Oh Canada eh Dinner show. You could walk to a mall and a large shopping mall.

The staff here are really attentive and friendly. the rooms are brand-new and spacious, featuring comfortable queen beds. 🛏️.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot, very close to the center of Springfield. There are plenty of lunch options nearby, and it’s conveniently near the highway and metro station. I enjoyed a meal at Qualia Pizza, which is also not far from the venue.

the pool, the breakfast, the microwave and fridge in the room. the lifeguard was so nice and friendly. so were the housekeepers

the room was humid and moldy smell like. the ac made a loud noise. the door was not working. i had to have my keys replaced 3 time before they changed my room. the front desk worker that was there on the eve of 6/12/2016 was very rude. when i asked for tooth paste that same morning i was told by another employee they didn't have any.

I had a great experience staying here during my road trip, as it was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed and right across from a lovely area.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle to/from Metro station is provided (easy commute into Washington D.C.). The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise: cappucchino/cafe latte, etc. was available, so was fresh fruit, joghurt, scrambled eggs & bacon, fresh waffles with syrup -- all very nice :) It was HOT while we stayed, thus the availability of the pool was an additional plus. I can recommend this hotel!
